ACN Resilience In Practice Series: Collaboration in Times of Change

Come together with fellow ACN members to discuss what we’re seeing and how we might use collaborations to maximize our impact, especially right now. Many of us have partnered with our ACN colleagues for years to offer complete project solutions to our clients. This is a topic that is always worthy of member discussion. In addition, we’ve been thinking about why collaborations might be especially important in the current environment. For instance, multi-disciplinary project approaches may be particularly important if pivoting is needed; they may need “all the things".

In this session of the Resilience in Practice series, together we will explore the topics below with an overlay of, “How do the answers differ – or how are they amplified – in the current environment?"

1. WHAT are the many ways we might define collaboration as consultants?

2. WHY collaborate?

  • What value do we feel we receive through collaboration?

  • What value do we offer when we collaborate?

3. HOW to best approach:

  • Business Development (build teams, give/receive referrals, create

  • proposals)

  • Working Together (communication, tools, shared responsibility)

  • The Balancing Act (being a team member and a shining star)

This event is open to ACN members only. Register here.
